Q7. In how much time will the refund be credited in my account?
If you have requested for a Refund, then the amount will be credited to your Bank Account (through NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) in case the payment was made online, within 7 working days of clearance from the Quality Department.
If the order placed was Cash On Delivery (COD), then the amount will be credited in your Toolz4industry account as ToolzCash (Store Credits), within 2 working days which can be used by the customer in future transactions.
