We offer Return/Replacement within 7 days of delivery of the order.
In case a damaged product is received, it must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Procedure:

1. Initiate a Return Request through your Toolz4industry account under ‘My Orders’ section. Please ensure the following before initiating the return request:

  • The product is unused.
  • Product packaging should be intact.
  • Invoice should be available.
  • All the tags/labels should be available.

2. Prepare your Return Package with the items that need to be returned.
3. Attach the Return Label, which will be sent to you through an e-mail, on top of the package
4. Send us the package through Speed Post / Courier. Please prepay the shipping costs – Toolz4industry does not accept Cash on Delivery (COD). The Shipping Costs incurred, will be refunded as ToolzCash.
5. After shipping the product(s), share the Speed Post / Courier Tracking Details of the package with us at [email protected]
6. Once the package is received by us, a Quality check will be done in order to check the product (not in case of a damaged product).
7. After clearance from the Quality Department, the Refund/Replacement request would be initiated (as requested by the customer).
8. In case, the product(s) does not clear our Quality inspection, we will re-ship the product to the customer and he will have to bear the courier charges for re-shipment in order to receive the product.

If the customer has requested for a Refund, then the amount will be credited to their Bank Account (through NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) in case the payment was made online, within 7 working days of clearance from the Quality Department.

If the order placed was Cash On Delivery (COD), then the amount will be refunded/credited in your Toolz4industry account as ToolzCash (Store Credits), within 2 working days which can be used by the customer in future transactions.

If the customer has requested for a Replacement, then the New Product will be dispatched within 3 days from the date of receiving the product.

Return/Replacement Criteria:

  • Item is physically damaged/defective
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Incorrect quantity
  • Missing parts/accessories

Exempted/Non-Returnable Products:

  • Testing/Lab instruments
  • Power & Hand Tools
  • Air Compressors
  • Products which are mentioned as non-returnable in their product catalogue like virus prevention related products are not accepted for returns
  • Products which are mentioned in the agricultural equipment category
  • Products bought from Clearance Sale
  • Products sold as a combo cannot be returned individually
